Congratulations to our Intermediate footballers who brought our 2023 onfield action to a close today by claiming the Mid title with victory over neighbours Loughmore/Castleiney. It was a day to remember for young Brian Quinn who scored 3-1 while another youngster, Ned Delaney, scored four second half points. Captain Eddie Bergin accepted the Carroll and Grant cup, Brackens fourth title at this grade and their first since 2002. Well done to all.
